- “ANISH” HZ-300 Horizontal Hose crimping machines can extend their working range of Re-forced Hose Pipes from 6 mm to 50 mm diameter (Nominal bore).
- The machine is also provided with replaceable Pre-crimping tools.
- All the operational features are identical to that of the previous model Hz-260.
- Φ17, Φ20, Φ24, Φ28, Φ32, Φ39, Φ45, Φ50, Φ55, Φ63, Φ69, Φ75, Φ88.
- Maximum crimping Size 3″ 1-1/2″ I.D. Hose with 6 spirals
- Maximum crimping Size 2″ I.D. with 4 spirals.
- Hose feeding either from front or rear end of the machine.
- Electrical setting device / mechanical setting devices for Crimp depth.
- Operation with Push Button Control.
- Standard 3 phase motor. (single phase motor on request)
- Crimping and die retraction with hydraulic cylinders.
- Setting of Crimp depth within 0.1 mm.
- Optional Die Sets : 100
- Special Die Sets : Any size beyond this but less than 85.
- Foot Switch Control.
- Microprocessor based controls with programmable settings
